ABOUT LEO
Leo is a trained sauna master which allows him to hold traditional based sauna ceremonies and rituals for one person or a group of people within a sauna environment.
Leo’s sauna ceremonies / rituals provide bathers with a holistic, multi-sensory experience designed to deeply cleanse, relax, and rejuvenate both the body and mind. It will combine intense heat, increased humidity through löyly (steam from the hot stones), and traditional elements like aromatherapy, whisking with birch or oak branches, and contrast bathing using cold plunges.
The ceremony will also involve salt and body scrubs to nourish and cleanse the skin.
Leo combines all of his experience as a trained breathwork / meditation instructor, many years working in nature, an experienced barefoot runner and being on a spiritual journey of his own to offer you a unique ceremonial sauna experience

As well as holding his own ceremonies and retreats, Leo and SKOVVA sauna are able to create and manage retreats for you by bringing together a wealth of practitioners to hold the space for you at your event. Practitioners include some of the top and sought after spiritually minded masseurs, mens/womens work facilitators, sound healers, musicians and breathwork instructors based in Cornwall.
